Some photos from December 2010 Posted on December 31, 2010August 23, 2023 by scott It’s the only way to travel. Literally. At the minute it’s the only way to travel. I’m making a killing renting out Huskies. The ducks have less space to play just now. Man, I’m so far behind on processing these photos it’s not funny. Taken in December as part of a comparison series between my E-600 with the 25mm pancake lens and an OM2n with the 50mm f1.8, and (shock! horror!) a roll of film. Fun as it was, I’d choose the digital pic over the film in almost all of the exposures. Although perhaps the choice of film or processing lab would play a part. I may experiment more in the realm if my eBay quest for a semi-cheap 35RC ever succeeds. The sun admits defeat and sets, having made very little progress in melting away the snowfestation we suffer under. A seasonally appropriate colour. Queen’s Park in the snow. Really, the only interesting thing about this is that due to the absence of kids in the playground this felt like the only time I can walk through it with a camera without being called a kiddy-fiddler-in-waiting and arrested. One from the back catalogue. The only thing that I like about winter is the conveniently timed sunsets and sunrises. OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
